6. Cancellation and Termination

Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

7. Health and Safety

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise involves inherent risks
• You are in good physical condition and have no medical reasons that would prevent participation
• You should consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program
• You will immediately inform staff of any medical conditions or injuries
• You will use equipment at your own risk

8. Liability Disclaimer

The materials on BioPerformance's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. BioPerformance makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall BioPerformance or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use BioPerformance's platform, even if BioPerformance or a BioPerformance authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BioPerformance and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
